TCG Society collects the minimum needed to run the service:
If you use the "Join / Rejoin server" feature, we store your Discord refresh token encrypted at rest, solely to add you to the server without repeating the OAuth consent screen every time. You can revoke this at any time from your Discord authorized-apps settings.
Paid tiers (Supporter, Pro) are recurring monthly subscriptions billed and managed entirely by Stripe. Cancel anytime via the "Manage subscription" link in your dashboard. Discord role access ends at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to remove access for abuse of the service (spam, scraping the market data endpoints outside normal use, chargebacks/fraud).
TCG Society operates as an independent, fan-run community business serving the Dutch/Belgian market. For applicable digital-platform reporting obligations (DAC7) and consumer-information requirements, contact us via the details below.
